Better that the masses have access to as many mind-numbing, soul-sucking, wastes of time and space that are a lot of tv programs and movies, rather than have unfettered, unbiased access to the internet and all the information (and profanity) it might contain. Senators know that much.

Or, at least, lobbyists do.

You would think that, with all the fears of paternity suits and stuff like that, guys would welcome the idea of a male contraceptive pill. But no, it's not manly to have nonfunctioning swimmers, or maybe they can't be bothered to take a pill regularly, or maybe they just don't fucking care.
