Girl with giant 16lb face tumor to get it removed I am struggling with the concept that something like that could get that big and only just now someone is doing something about it. Bear with me on this. Assuming her family is poor explains some of the wait, but on the other hand, I would guess that something like this does not just pop up one day or even over the course of a few months. When it weighed 10lbs, you would think someone would go, "maybe we should try and get some charity work done on this perhaps". One only hopes that they didn't try this only to find out "No, ma'am, we've got a 15lb minimum for charity cases". I am not blaming her family for anything, and I'm not saying her parents are bad for waiting so long. Mostly I am amazed at the size of her face and how horrible that must be, to have had a giant head for that long and all, and not have been able to do anything about it until now. |
